Hey everyone--I've been looking for a nice Ameraucana rooster to replace one I lost, and now my favorite broody has decided to sit, so I figure this is kismet.
I am looking for actual Ameraucanas, homozygous for the blue egg gene. The color of the bird is not important to me, as I am primarily concerned with egg color and laying ability. Project birds with non-standard, non-showable colors are OK as long as they lay well with nice blue eggs.
I'm in Ohio, so the closer, the better. If you're within a reasonable drive from Columbus, I'll come pick the eggs up.
