Does anyone filter their ducks' above ground pool? I have one for my ducks, its not huge, but it still takes a while to drain and fill back up. Is it worth it? Where can I find a filter and what's the price range? Anything else I should know about filters?

I believe most filters would quickly be clogged. So, you would need to first pump to a settling container. Here most of the gunk settles out and the cleaner top water is filtered and pumped back into the pool.

Any pump recommendations? I probably should have said filtration system not just filter

I have aquaponics with fish. For that I have found reasonably priced pumps for small ponds at Lowe’s. They just don’t last super long though (@ 1 yr). I have one sump pump from Ace Hardware that has lasted me for years. It cost more (about a hundred dollars). It hooks to a standard garden hose. 🤷‍♀️

I was reading some master spas reviews and it made me wonder if investing in a filter setup could be worth it. Is it worth it? Where can I find a filter and what's the price range? Yes, you can use a filter on a duck pool, but ducks make the water dirty fast so most small filters clog quickly. A pond or stock tank filter works better than a regular pool filter, but they can cost anywhere from about $50 to a few hundred depending on size. You’ll still need to clean it often, and for smaller pools it’s usually easier to just drain and refill.
