I'm looking to buy a asil that looks like this. Anyone know where I can find them? Thanks

Thanks for the reply, I've heard the cackle asil aren't aggressive and I've checked ebay still can't find any that look like the picture I posted. If someone on this forum sells eggs I would be interested.

That one there honestly looks less like a aseel. I had them before and they all were more similar looking to shames than that chicken. It depends on what you want it for, Show, Looks, Predator control. Purely poultry also sells them. You can check the standard to see what a good aseel should look like and that pic honestly don’t look very good according to that.

Thanks for the help! I checked out the thread he has really nice fowl. Here are some more pictures of what I'm looking for.

I'm not sure what they are called, does someone have any info if this is a different bloodline of asil or a mix maybe?

Cackle's aren't aggressive?? I have a 20 week old cockerel that flew up like a cobra and bit me. He bites or "stabs" me with his beak every time I enter their pen. I take it as a "love bite" :). He's just letting me know who's the boss of his flock. I adore the breed. I actually bought them to sell- until I found out how disgustingly the cockfighting people treat them. I wouldn't sell mine to anyone in this area that meets the cockfighting demographic.

Pic is of an 18 week old cockerel- he's not even fully adult yet-
Sorry that doesn't appear to be Asil. Asil's are very proud, upright, sleek yet muscular- like an eagle. That one's stubby, almost stocky. Maybe an Asil cross? it could be one of the sub-breeds in Pakistan- they have SO many different varieties. The Asil's sold in US are pure Asils, not half-breeds, really bred and probably cross-bred into each other to create the very recognizable Asil look.
