Looking for best paint job!

I painted the coop barn red with white trim. We are working on the run now and I am painting all the posts and rails chocolate brown. The brown looks great on the run and should help hide the dirt from the yard. The brown looks good with the red and I wish I had painted the trim brown on the coop too. When I have to repaint (because the white will get dirty), I will do it in brown also.

OH I so can't wait for dry weather to paint mine!

Mine is going to be "different" to say the least.

The front of mine (well, technically the back of the coop, the part seen from the driveway) is sided with cedar tongue and groove and the rest with sheet siding. The sheet siding is going to be painted grey but the front is going to have a grey "white wash" to it. But I'm also adding "extras" to the front to decorate it.

I soooooooooo want to tell everyone just what I'm doing but at the same time, I want it to be a surprise! It is being well thought out and incorporated in with the rest of the needed sheds we have. All within a "theme" yet all different.

Well, ours is not "quite" finished, but the paint is on

We just need to hang the big doors, the egg doors, the hen door.

We went with a sage green with brown trim. I added some flower boxes, filled with black eyed susans and grasses now and some copper accent stars (not pictured as I added them a few weeks ago and these photo are from last year).

Painting it was so fun!!!

Our house is beachy colors (sorta) - cape cod grey with teal shutters and white trim. So when I made our coop I decided to use the colors of our house but since I didn't have any greay and I did have extra teal . . . . well, you get the idea. We call it "The Eggplant".

Here's some pics for ya'll to look at it.

OOooooo, I love all the pictures everyone! I'm a visual person!

Eggs-Actly, I love how you have your "pop" door. I think you have fix a problem I was having and couldn't work it out in my head.

I will have the pop door on a side of the coop that doesn't have much room for a down ramp. But I do the "proch" like you have and then have the ramp go down the side it should work out great. Now I don't have to have the door on the side where the wind would blast through it!
Thanks for posting your pictures!!
