Looking for best paint job!

Yellow and purple was the color my stepson painted his bedroom... Mind you, it was yellow walls, but then they bagged on purple on top of that... Trim was straight purple..

It was.... interesting.

We're building a small coop for DS's pet rsl roo and the kids have picked the colors. They're 2 and 5.

We raided the "oops" bin at Lowes today and came home with a lovely kelly green and a dusky lavender.

It should be unique!

My coop is made of steel, so not a lot of paint. But the nest box is a nice lime/avacodo/chartruese green. if that makes any sense.​

DH is helping me finish the priming of our Amish shed coop today and we hope to get most of the exterior semi gloss on today as well.
Colors: Light buttercup yellow with aqua sky blue ceiling

I'm going with a happy tasteful..... Creamsicle and a Butter Cream color. It is going to be a butter cream color in the inside.

I love that others are also wondering the same things that I am. I have been going over many little color samples and I think I am going with a grey/green siding, that I have left over from another paint job, then a reddish door, and the inside will be white or cream. I like the idea of the sky blue ceiling that BCMominMD had. Off to the paint store I go.

I went with bright yellow with white trim. This summer we are going to paint the door and the window sash a medium green color. That's my coop in my avatar - it's very cheery in the snow!

My main coop is a bright golden orange. Playhouse coop is lavender and bright yellow. Rabbit/quail hutch is bright pink. New flight cage is lavender with some bright pink showing through.


I also have a fence made of pallets around my rose garden that is painted bright pink, bright green, red, lavender, sky blue. I get the mis-tints from Lowe's. Usually good paint like Olympic or Valspar but marked down to less than 1/3 of the original price

Sounds like LSU purple and gold to me. That's the paint I have to do mine, a gallon of purple and a gallon of gold ( actually it's a bright yellow). I'm going to start painting when the rain let's for a few day's.

I like yellow and purple too! And no, it is not a Laker thing for me!

But it also has a muddy tan on the inside and my daughters bright murals.
