Looking for Call or Welsh Harlequin ducklings

Hi. I am interested in getting some Call or Welsh Harlequin ducklings. I can pickup anything in the North Carolina triangle area otherwise they would need to be shipped.

Please PM me if you have anything. I would keep them purely as pets so they don't have be show quality.

please don’t ship ducks. it’s stressful for them and they could end up dead. please also consider adopting instead of purchasing. rescue animals are amazing

Well...I can understand his point of view.

Sometimes the only thing you can do is order them through the mail. And it does support real family businesses to order from a hatchery. That's a good thing.

If he can find something nearby that has them it would be pretty hard to do. I've done the look for a local source thing and what happens is you get all these scammers that are only selling you what they don't want; the males. I'll look at online classifieds, and did for a month also looking for the same breed that this guy is looking for and about 75% of the time it was males and the wrong breed from people who had already ordered their own ducklings and were dumping what had no benefits.

The overall immoral aspect of how dishonest society is really limits his ability to be idealistic.

Its really hard to find welsh harlequins also.

And I bought local twice. the first was a group of 7 ducks... only 2 were girls. The second group was almost the same ratio.

I would order straight from a hatchery and also get more than you think you want to account for losses and also not getting the right ratios of boys and girls.
