That is freakin' adorable!

If it were me, I'd make sure the run was high enough to enter and stand straight in. And, given my hot climate, I'd add a roof with deep overhangs for shade. Other than that, I think that's a sweet coop.

Here's an alternative. Just in case it's of interest to mombeam3. Not nearly as cute but the tutorial is free and the measured drawings are only $10. That's what we built and it's been very serviceable.

....but I must say, I think Hennebunkport is more attractive and if I were starting now, I'd definitely see if I could modify it to my needs.
