Looking for coturnix quail

Hi!
We recently received two female coturnix quail from someone who couldn’t keep them anymore. But we feel like they should be in a flock and we have a set up and everything so we are looking for 4-6 more but most sites we have looked out only offer 10+. If we could have any advice on how to bigger our coup that would be great. We live in Costa Mesa CA.
