Looking for fertile chicken hatching eggs in PA.

I'm located in PA near Reading and I prefer to go locally. I haven't had a high hatch rate with shipped eggs. I want to get Svart hona eggs,but any other breed would do as well.

Solhaven Farm in Quakertown, PA has eggs from Svart Hona listed on eBay.
Are they close enough you can drive and pick up the eggs to eliminate
Stress on the eggs?
