Looking for ways to cooks eggs beyond the normal scrambled, over easy and omelets. Anyone have good ones with pics they like to share? Egg doesn't have to be the only ingredient, just trying to get some yummy ideas of things with eggs to make!!

I took a minute to check out your blog, nice work young lady. I couldn't help but do a double take when I saw your "handle" here, NewlyWeds... you see my grandfather started a company after he got married and he called it Newly Weds, later to become Newly Weds Foods - my Dad and most of the family worked for my grandfather and I attribute my deep fascination with food and experimenting with my early visits to "the plant" seeing men in the lab experimenting with breaders and coatings for their clients.

Wow thank you mike for sharing this with me, so very neat and interesting! My Newlyweds name originated when I was just a newlywed, ha ha and needed a name for my blog, it stuck.

When I'm home visiting my Mom I like to go over to The Plant and visit my Uncle Charles who now runs the company. He's a real nice guy (I think of him as My Godfather) and you gotta get in and know when to get out, he's really a very busy man. I love it he always sends me home with a mixed case of english muffins for me and Mom to split. It's quite a heritage - we were always scared stiff of my grandfather Mr. Angell, you can see where Charles got his business style. I watched Newly Weds really morph, Charles really has taken it in new directions. Entirely family owned.

ENOUGH of my threadjacking here. Here's one of my favorite egg recipes - when you have a large group bust out your largest cast iron skillet and make this tasty fritatta, I finish cook it in the oven...

I was crazy busy with chores and cooking and just had a chance to warm up, sit down and look over some of your stuff. Boy I can see some of your strata dishes will definitely be part of our Saturday morning meals. I especially like the one where you make the thing up overnight and let it rest in the fridge to bake off the next day - cool idea using bread (I can see whole wheat bread in this) for the crust. COOL

Check this out you guys... This is one of Kim's Stratas
