I read the thread and watched the video, but have no idea what's wrong with her.

Questions.

1. Is she molting?
2. What type of crumbles does she eat, layer, all flock, other?
3. Do you have a scale you can weigh her on?

What is melting? I feed them all flock crumbles. don't have a scale to weigh her either.

If it was a snapping turtle id imagine most of her bill we be gone. Perhaps it was just a small one that got a hold of her or another type of turtle.

Yes she is losing a lot of feather .

She hasn't laid any eggs since the day after this happened. I'm not sure of the brand of feed and no other supplements.
