Looking for laying hens in Tx

Michele, I do want to see chickens in my new coop but not enough to support that! I have joined and posted on Pet Chickens of Texas. They don't have to be ready to lay or already laying. That would be nice. But as long as they are closer to laying than the chicks I already have, that will be great.

In the meantime, I'm going to practice patience.

I know its far, but on craigslist in austin someone has a flock of ten that they are getting rid of . I don't have the link, but it was posted yesterday.
