Looking for neighbors

Hi, my name is Georgia and I have just joined. I am looking forward to maybe having some of my questions answered as I have been raising chickens for about a year now (all on my own) and didn't realize there was such a thing as BYC. I live in Florida so the heat and mites have been a problem. We a planning to build a new coop which should be fun and give the chickens a more organized environment.
