Hi... Thanks for the greeting. I took a look at some of your photos and I was wondering what those cute little chicks that look like mini bald eagles are... are those Cuckoo Marans??? SO adorable! I've been REALLY wanting a Copper/Black because they say that they are the most prolific layers out of all the Marans .... since you have Cuckoos... how well do they lay??? Are their eggs amazingly dark??? So many questions... LOL! How are they temperament wise? Anyway... Love your photos!!!

Northwest Suburbs of Chicago... near Schaumburg... I can't tell you how much I DON'T miss the winters!!! OMG... the blizzard of 79.... We jumped off our back deck and made tunnels under the snow drifts. I will NEVER do snow again!!! LOL... I would have to knit all my chickens sweaters and bring them inside the house in the winter!
