Looking for pics of Blue Laced Barnevelders

I ordered 4 from a feed store getting them Privett at the end of April.

Doesn’t seem like they are common/popular here at BYC, but I think they may be picking up steam.

I hadn’t thought about the iridescence like @AinaWGSD mentioned. Blue doesn’t get that way, I guess. My regular Barnevelder is my most irridescent bird! (I also just got a silver double laced chick from a breeder for a girl).

@The Welch Chickens Thanks for sharing the pics. I did see those online and they were the prettiest! But I’ve also seen a lot of pics online where the blue was darker and more discreet. I’ve also seen pics that looked more like BLR Wyandottes with straight combs. So I wasn’t sure what to believe with internet picture searches, lol.

I totally agree. Sometimes the pics are a bit... idealized

They are adorable! Do you have any other Barnevelders? I have the standard double laced who I think you saw on my gender questioning post. I also have a traditional Brnevelder hen named Peanut Butter.
