Does anyone know of someone who will process poultry in Central TX? Preferably College Station/Bryan area or close to. I haven't been able to find anyone which is a shame, b/c there seems to be a growing need for this service in my area. I can do one or two birds without my arthritis flaring up but in this particular case, I have about 20 that need processing at the same time. Was hoping to find a mobile processor who carries the equipment themselves and sets up shop at your house and processes there, but I can haul them in a trailer if I have to.
