I've been bitten by the chicken bug! I'm looking for a few more pullets to add to my little flock and I was hoping someone could spare a few chickies?

I'm not too picky about the breeds, but I was thinking a silkie or cochin or something. Does anyone know of some breeder sites or something? I just don't want 25 from a hatchery (at least not yet).

Thanks!

Hi,

I live in Mt. Airy Maryland. My daughter had me hatch for her (at least she was told) Silkies. She no longer wants them. They are about 5 weeks old now. They have been in my outside coop with the rest of the gang for about a week and a half. They are doing great. A lady came over the weekend to look at them and says they are not silkies. They are very cute.I am trying to re-home them because she has no interest in them anymore and I have no room for them in my coop, but I am sure they are a bantam breed. They have feathery feet and look like silkies or Cochin to me. PM me if interested. I think she wants 2.50 for each. Not sure of the sex but very cute.

I am also in MD (southern MD, though we ocassionally travel to points north and I don't mind meeting someone to make chicken drops

) and I have 3 Cochin/Orpington cross chicks available. Two are blues, one is black--all have feathered feet. But these are only a few weeks old, so too young to tell gender.

If you are interested, you can PM me or email me (links to the left under my avatar). And
