For the time being you can stretch the coop space by turning the entire structure into a coop. Remove what you can of the interior walls so it now becomes one bigger room. Then cover or board up outer walls that face prevailing winds, while leaving the walls that face away from winds open provides ventilation and light. Run a roost lengthwise across the space.
For a run, if you already have plans to fence off an area then maybe do a temporary run out of chicken wire or deer netting or something. It will NOT be predator proof (then again you mentioned wanting to free range in your yard), but it'll give them more space until you can get something permanent in place.
