Sorry for the delayed response. Last years issue was a truly fluke accident. We have llamas as part of our petting zoo, our old lady who was in her early 20s (very old for a llama) had a sezure, when she was disoriented she ran into the peacock enclose and with the thrashing took down half of the pen. I was focused on taking care of her in the moment and did not realize that my two peacocks, Philipe and Gordon escaped. Once they were out the disappeared within a few hours and we never saw them again. I do not plan on free ranging my birds even tho we have about 120acres and I'm only looking at having two or three at most. They have a three sided barn (12ftx12ft) that has perches about 6ft off the ground (easily adjusted if it suits him better) and then a chain link run that is about 8ftX 20ft
