I'm going to a petting zoo in Minocqua on Sunday to see what they have for sale.
I've bought goslings from them in the past.

Check with your local game and fish agency before acquiring wild turkey poults. In a lot of states it is illegal to posess wild turkey eggs, poults, or birds.

Please be careful with all wild birds or eggs you acquire. If you do not take the time to contact your local wildlife and game department, it could cost you thousands of dollars in fines PER EGG OR BIRD.

I would hate to see anyone on BYC come out with a bad experience to tell about like that!
