What breeds do you have already? There are some breeds that are amazing in cold areas.

Plymouth Rock and Sussex are good for cold. I believe jungle fowl are for hot areas.
I believe Orpington and Rhode Island Reds do good in cold areas.

Yea Here in the east when we cherch rare breed we don't found lol nobody have because they are all time to weak so they finish to die

Many of the 'fighting' breeds are not cold tolerant to the extent you need. I would suggest Salmon faverolles or standard Cochins. Big, fluffy birds with feathered legs will do far better than tight feathered birds

I know you are looking for hardy chickens that are able to fend for themselves.

A few questions:
How cold do they need to be able to survive?
What are you looking for in chickens? Eggs? Meat? Dual purpose? Entertainment?

I personally believe that they should need at least some shelter, and access to food and water. That is my opinion, however.
