looking genuie coop ideas

i live in nj looking for a coop design or ideas. right now i have six keets looking to have the maxium of 18. i am looking for one off the ground and be year round.

Here is my set up for six birds. The coop size is 4X6, the run is 13X10. There are tons of designs out there.
