Not yet but last time it seemed to roll out from the East coast to the West Coast.

The last time was a very clear problem with the database and was global.

The "one-off" random errors are hopefully just the (hopefully) rare server / internet hiccups.

That said, if people see it happen more than once while browsing in a session, or it doesn't go away when hitting refresh, please report it!
