Looking to buy American Black Ducklings

Looking to buy American Black Duck ducklings. They look like Mallards without the green head. I live in northwest PA. Any advice?

I believe Matt's Waterfowl sells American Blacks, I picked up some call's from his place but i believe he will ship them too.
