looking to buy steady egg laying hens,around spartanburg,sc

I thought I some golden comets I was going to buy but the seller decied to keep them. So now i have a chicken coop ready for chickens butno chickens yet. Looking for a good laying egg chickens could be white or brown eggs. Anyone know where i can find some around spartanburg south carolina?Thanks karen

did you see the post on "Chickens in SC"?
Those are close enough you could run up there in about an hour and a half and pick some up.
If I had more coops and tractors built I would do it in a heartbeat! Unfortunately, we are full up at the moment and need to build more. Plenty of land, just so little time! LOL
Ameraucanas and Jersey Giants are great birds!
