Looking to keep Black Copper Marans Rooster...4 wks old...which one is it?

I received these eggs from a neighbor. They said all roosters were BCMs. Hens were Welsummer, Marans, Olive Eggs, mixes. Could the golden barred be a Golden Cuckoo Marans?

Could be. I'm not familiar enough with those color varieties to say. They both are atleast part marans. The second looks more cuckoo and the first you'll have to wait for more experience folk
