I live in North idaho about 45 min from cda. Im looking to but good egg layers that are good for the climate here.
 
Choose a rose comb or cushion comb or pea comb breed. They will do much better in the cold.
Large and bantams white Chanteclers. Rosecomb Buckeyes, Rhode island Reds, Rhode island whites, etc.
