I don't think I can take them
, but I want you to get them to a loving home, too! They may just be slowing down with the laying as they age. Have you tried posting on the Massachusetts page?

I think they stop laying in the winter, but I only have drakes so I don't know for sure!
Do you have pictures? What are they?
I wish I could get them to Mississippi easily! Sounds like you have a lovely home for your girls!I would gladly take them but they would have to be sent. We live in Mississippi. They could roam free here with our other chicks.
Me neither! What is the Massachusetts page?
I just don't want them to be killed!
That's a great idea. After I googled Williamstown MA I thought about referring to the NY members. Hope you are able to help her out. If not, try the MSPCA. They do take chickens in for adoption.Hi, do you still have them? I work in Albany, NY and live a long distance west of there and would love to have them to live with my girls. I am not experienced enough to know how long chickens lay but they are nice even when old and the eat bugs (no ticks on my dogs!). Can you send me a private message if they are still available.
