It looks like gastroschisis to me...where the intestines never go back into the body liek they should during development...but someone recently had one that looked very similar to yours that WAS yolk and chick was fine. I hatched a dead wyandotte the other day with true gastischesis...no doubts. Luckily he had already passed. You can see how his whole belly looks yellow.
