Looks like intestine was sticking out and wrapped around leg.

Belly button looks like it's healing. Just dried out.

Oh dear, he doesn't look great. How about feeding him scrambled eggs? I've also seen that you can feed chicks egg yolk.

I just use electrolyte powder that I mix with water. I think mine is for lots of animals, not specifically chickens.

You could probably use Gatorade (?) or sugar water, instead.

Here is a homemade electrolyte powder recipe. Looks like you can omit the potassium chloride if you don't have it, which I assume most people don't.

Sorry that the chick is not doing well.I also would recommend dipping its beak into electrolyte water and giving some raw egg and bits of moistened chick crumbles. Poultry NutriDrench is a rescue tonic that you can get at mostfeed stores, and dosage is 2-3 drops a day.
