Looks like mildew on her comb and face

I have no idea what this is and all of my chickens have it. It looks like mildew or mold. I know the pic is blurry but all the darkness at the base is what I'm talking about. Please help!

I can't see the comb in that picture. Some things it could be would be peck wounds, fowl pox, possibly a mite infestation. Mites can be treated by pemethrin 10% spray or garden dust, or sevin dust, and removal of bedding. The dusts or sprays have to be repeated every 5-7 days to kill the eggs until they are gone.

I think the rooster is fighting with our big hen. We have them separated.
