I am just full of questions today, lol.

I have some eggs in the bator, they're my freebie EE/Australorp eggs. They have been in there over a week now and some are showing growth, veins and dots. Others are just loose/jiggly looking yolks still, are these just infertile?

I had an exploder in the past and DONT want one again...EVER!!
I took 2 out last night that looked extra 'soft'. I know she had at least 25 EE hens, plus others and 1 Australorp rooster.
Thanks everyone.

Well then, I'm not sure. I guess I thought you had already started incubating them. If they jiggle after they have been incubating for a bit, they are toast. But in most eggs the yolk does float around a good bit when shaken.

no, they have been in the incubator for over a week now, lol. I just tossed 15 of them to the pigs...at least most of them were good though

cant complain much, they were free
