Loose pea soup colored poo

I have had my 3 and 4 month old Araucanas roaming my yard for the past month. I have had them for about 5 weeks. Today when I came home I watched one drop aforementioned poo. All of the other poo from the day looks normal. She is acting normal. Doesn't seem to lack any spunk or energy. She is eating pellets and whatever she finds in the yard. Treats are limited to things like a couple of cherry tomatos or asparagus stalks or bread crusts between the two of them each day. As far as I can tell that is the first and only weird poo. Should I do anything different?

If they are allowed to roam the yard, I would assume she ate something that gave her some funky poo. Give her some yogurt, it helps digestion and will stop any more runny poo.
