Loose stools in 2 of my hens

One just started laying back in Dec. The other hen started laying back in the fall. Both have nasty looking vent areas. Their bowels are loose and smeared in their feathers around the vent, sometimes I see it dripping with poo. They seem to have a good appetite.
One of them also had an egg stuck in her vent yesterday, and her vent area was pretty swollen. I got the egg out, and her inards looked like they were coming out. It still looks pretty bloody today from that happening.
I have quarrantined these girls from my other flock, just not sure what is going on. Need some advice.

I would take the in the house and wash there bums in warm water with baby shampoo. You may also clip some of the rump feathers.
The one that had the egg stuck need to be kept in a dark room to halt the egg laying till her bum heals up.

what all do you feed?
do they have access to clean fresh water all the time?
do they free range?
have they been wormed? if so, when? and what was used?
what color is the pooh?

the hen with the stuck egg..sounds like she could have prolapsed..
keep her separated from the others..since they will peck at it and cause further injury..even death.
put her somewhere safe, warm, with clean bedding, with food and water.
clean the area with saline ..(from any pharmacy)..you can use a small squirt bottle..
dilute some betadine..and squirt this on..let dry.
if there is a prolapse..(something coming out)
apply Preparation H..let sit for a while to work, then gently push the prolapse back in..you might have to do this a couple times..

sometimes these things happen with new layers.

there are lots of threads about treating prolapse, etc....you can do a search for more info.
but the loose droppings are not normal..so please reply to the above questions.

I do feed them a good diet. They get a special formula we have made at one of the feed mills nearby. Plus they get Fertell Minerals, Kelp, and Oyster Shells mixed in.

do they have access to clean fresh water all the time?

Yes, they get fresh water 2 X's daily.

do they free range?

Yes, they free range in a large portable chicken fencing. We move the fencing around so they get fresh grass.

have they been wormed? if so, when? and what was used?

I try to do things as naturally as possible, so we use Diatomaceous Earth.

what color is the pooh?

Their pooh looks a whitish color and some has some form to it, along with running white stuff.
