My hens are having loose stools and possibly a little weight loss. Is there something I can treat them with that would work if I don’t know what they have? No blood in stool

How old are your hens?
What do you feed, including treats?
What is your weather like - temperatures?

Are all the poops from all the hens like in the photo or are you just seeing this intermittently?
