Loosing feathers

First chickens, they are 12 weeks, none of them seem to have bald patches or any issues but there seems to be quite a few feathers scattered about. Do they loose feathers frequently? Or should I be concerned.

Don't be concerned, that's normal

They molt several times when young and typically once every year or so as an adult. You can help them re-feather faster with extra protein in their diet; perhaps instead of a fruit or veggie treat (which significantly reduces their protein intake), offer sardines instead.

THANK YOU! I thought it was probably normal/fine but in the back of my mind I thought eh couldnt hurt to check with some seasoned chicken keepers!
