Welcome to BYC. Sorry that you/your flock are dealing with Mareks.

My friend has had house chickens for over 30 years. She lost her two seramas and her silkie a day apart. The seramas never left the house because they were good flyers. She let the silkie out in the yard with her dog as protection because she didn't fly. Apparently the silkie brought Mareks in with her. Very sad. Mareks is a real heart breaker.
