Losing comb, black spots

I have about 3 hens that look like their combs have black wart like spots & it looks like their combs are getting smaller. I have cleaned their coop & nests about a week ago. I haven't seen anything like it before. Any advise? Help please.

Could you post a picture? Does it look something like this?

If so, it could be fowl pox.

That's exactly what it looks like. So, fowl pox. Should I do something for them?
