Losing feathers and fat

I have got a small flock of chickens but the speckled maran are losing feathers round their necks and vents.
In addition to this we feed them all sorts of table scraps but dont seem to be putting on any weight. Can anyone help me with these 2 problems

Can you post some photos?
How old are she?
What type of poultry feed do you feed?
Have you looked her over for any signs of lice/mites?


Feather loss can result from several things, picking/plucking, mites/lice, mating and molting are just few.
