Losing feathers, bald heads and necks, with scaly dry skin. Is this Favus or something else?

I'm sorry for all the advice I've missed here and thank you. I think it could have been scaly face mite. I applied ivermectin. She had a dry, dead, yellowish translucent skin over her head and neck. The olive oil softened it and it peeled away revealing new skin underneath. Her sister helps by pecking it away. Her head is bald now but the skin looks healthy and fascinatingly, her crest has filled out and appears larger, like it's been freed from this constricting skin. I'm applying vaseline now with a cotton bud and rubbing it in. Both their legs are healing well after the same treatment for many months now.

There is still this blue eye though, the suggestion it could have been Mareks.

Unfortunately our cochin still has a bald head and the white scaliness doesn't seem to be clearing up, even though we've been rubbing miconazole on her head for about a month. We just went on vacation for a couple days and it's worse now that we're back, so it's hard to say if the miconazole is actually helping, or just kind of keeping the flakiness at bay by moisturizing it, and she has some condition other than favus.

I'll try your iodine idea, and the Sebozole shampoo too. Also will add in the feather fixer feed to maybe help her along a bit.

If you or anyone else has an other ideas as to what this could be, I'd really appreciate it!
This is crazy because i have the same issues... first started on my silkie hen and then she took in some ayam cemani babies and they all got it... i tried EVERYTHIN and i mean EVERHTHING.... my vet also told me NO PARASITES NO FUNGAL INFECTION u know what eventually worked BETTER Then anything i have used so far? EAR WAX REMOVAL DROPS (carbamide Peroxide) dont ask me why... but it cleared it up faster and better then anything i used...
