Losing Feathers

I've got 6 chicks which are about 6- 7 weeks old. They all seem to be losing their chest feathers. Is this normal? Any suggestions would be great.

I've only had chicks once and can not remember. Hopefully with this bump someone will know.

Can you see if there are pin feathers coming out?

OK - I'm really new at this... I don't know if the pin feathers are coming out or not. There's a spot a bit larger than your thumb nail in the chest of the chicks that is missing most of the feathers. I'll try to take a pic and post it.
