Losing feathers

This is not a molt or rooster pecking. I have a older hen with most of her feathers gone. The rooster only has them gone on the front of his drum sticks. The other chickens seem find. The hen Has been this way about a year. I started to notice it on rooster around May. They act find & eat good, rooster dose his Bisness fine. I just don't know what they have. Any ideas?

Mites or lice, probably. They seem to be all over recently. If so, you'll need to worm them as well. Chickens with mice or lites usually have internal parasites as well.

Buy the way, I did take your info about lice-mites & cleaned out there coop & apply "seven" dust. You could see then get better within the week! Thank you very much.
