Our buff laced polish named Red Cloud is losing her head feathers but none of our other birds are pulling them. I set up my phone to record them while they were locked up and saw that nobody was doing anything to her.

I don't want her to go bald :hit
I want help her best I can

What else could be happening to cause this?

possibly molting?
some chickens go through a soft molt while others will go through a hard molt and then theres everything in between those 2.

External or internal parasites can cause all sorts of issues, external, lice/mites, could be causing her to scratch a lot , internal can cause nutritional imbalances. There is also one external at least that hides in crevices and only comes out after they roost to feast, to check for those you would need to go out after they've roosted and check with high power flash light or head lamp.

Stress, some can be more sensitive to it than others.

could we pretty please see some close up pictures.
