Losing my baby chickens

Watch their behavior - are they spending most of their time huddled on the hot side? If they are then you need to increase heat.
If they are active, moving around in the brooder, eating/drinking then the temperature is fine.
 
If they're "piling" on each other, they're chilled/cold ... As Wyorp Rock recommended lower the light, temp should be at least 80 -85, they still got alot of down. Where are you located? Are they in the garage/carport or in the house?
