Losing my baby chickens

It is 80 degrees on the hot side

Watch their behavior - are they spending most of their time huddled on the hot side? If they are then you need to increase heat.
If they are active, moving around in the brooder, eating/drinking then the temperature is fine.

Maybe some sav-a-chick in the water would help. Electrolytes and vitamins just to give them a little boost.
I wonder if they picked up something from the outdoors

Maybe give Nutri-Drench? I had a couple of chicks that I thought weren't thriving. That perked them right up. This is heartbreaking. I am so sorry for all you are going through...

If they're "piling" on each other, they're chilled/cold ... As Wyorp Rock recommended lower the light, temp should be at least 80 -85, they still got alot of down. Where are you located? Are they in the garage/carport or in the house?

They are in my house. And it's about 85 on the hot side
