Losing Weight! Any ideas?

TODAY I NOTICED HOW FAT MY THIGHS ARE IS THERE ANYWAY TO LOSE THIS i GOT SO SCARED THAT ALL I AM DRINKING IS WATER AND FAT FREE MILK AT LUNCH I TOOK ONE LITTLE SPOON OR CHOCOLATE PUDDING BUT THEN MY FRIENDS SAID THAT WILL MAKE ME FATER SO I THREW IT OUT I HAD A NIBBLE OF MY SANDWICH AND FROM NOW ON I AM ONLY GONNA TAKE AN APPLE FOR LUNCH I REALLY WANNA LOSE WEIGHT FASTER WHEN I LOOK AT SKINNY PEOPLE THEN I LOOK AT MY SELF I BECOME SAD AND UNHAPPY I WANNA WEAR THOSE NICE CLOTHE FROM AREOPOSTLE HOLLISTER AND STORES LIKE THAT I WISH I WAS SKINNY MY THIGHS POP OUT WHEN I WEAR MY PNTS AND I NOTICED OUT ENOUMAS THEY GET WHEN I SIT DOWN! i WANT TO LOSE ALL THIS FAT!

Do not starve yourself to be skinny. The health risks are tremendous and the results are only temporary. Trust me I can tell you from personal experience if you are expecting to become happy by just by becoming skinny it's not going to work. Happiness comes from learning to accept yourself. Even once you become "Skinny" there will always be more things you will feel insecure about. If you are striving to reach a healthier weight then that's fine but don't try to over do it. Eating a healthy diet and proper exercise is one of the healthiest ways to lose weight. The results aren't as fast as fad diets but it is much easier to maintain your size when you reach it.
