I had 6 speckled Sussex . 1 started looking tired with half closed eyes from about 4 weeks till I lost her last week. Now 2 more are tired looking and 1 can't stand up anymore, they have been separated from the rest of the flock for 2 weeks now, and none of my other birds are showing symptoms. One has green poop, do I'm guessing there is an infection of some sort. Dose anyone have any ideas if there is a lab in Massachusetts that will test the bird and tell me what it had so I can treat the others, my Sussex are the friendliest birds in the flock I would hate to loose all of them

Thanks in advance

All birds were born march 7th this year so they will be 3 months tomorrow. They are now in a separate coop from the rest of the coop. They are on wood shavings they have grass avail to them. They were on chic starter for 8 or 9 weeks they are now on chic finisher crumbles. For the first 8 weeks the entire flock of 22 were in my basement brooder. The bird that already died had been showing symptoms of " tiredness" and nothing else and not even really tired, but it's eyes we're half open, so it looked tired. So upon moving them outside she went downhill fast, lost controll of her legs and died. Now I have 2 others looking " tired", and 1 has lost use of its legs. The one without use of its legs still eats and is coherent, it sees me and wiggles over to the food. I have noticed recently there is green poop in the pen area of the coop. There are 4 speckleds in the containment area 3 are sick looking and 1 looks totally healthy. I feel bad leaving her in there but I don't want to infect the rest of the flock. Thanks for the link and any other advice.

Scott
