I lost a sweet little one today......When I checked on my four 13day old chickies thismorning, I found Sweet Zoey laying on the brooder floor...dead. It was so sad. She was healthy, playful, spunky.....no signs of any illness. She was eating and drinking water just fine. I have 2 Black Austrolorps and 2 Easter Eggers in the brooder...all the same age. Zoey was an BA. I wonder if she was crushed in a 'pile-up'? So sad, she was a pleasure whilest I had her!!! ~Beulah
