It's a juvenile male Lady Amherst x Red Golden cross.Hi all! Anyone know what breed this is? Iām helping the finder locate the owner in our neighborhood. Thanks!
Wow!!That's super neat!! I don't think I've ever heard of someone finding an escaped pet pheasant
Wow! You certainly seem to attract wayward animals. I once had three guineas pass through my yard but that was itMy spouse once found an escaped hamster in our backyard with one red eye and one black eye. He named her Lisa Left Eye Lopez. She was an escape artist and unfortunately met her end 2 years later due to that tendency...:/
Oh! And when I was a kid, a peahen once flew into my family's cattle pasture and hungout by the chicken run for a couple of weeks. We couldn't catch her, so she eventually decided to either go back where she came from or continue her adventure elsewhere. I also remember seeing an emu trotting along the road while I was riding the school bus one morning before they dashed off into a field. Rural areas can be interesting, haha.
