Her legs look fine. No scaley leg mites.

I gave her a checkup a couple of days ago and didn't see any mites or lice anywhere. Checked her ears, throat, and vent. All look normal.
her poop did look more concerning yesterday, she poops solid too, but does this frequently as well.
Also since she's living in a crate during quarantine, I'm letting her out for an hour every day. Is that sufficient?
@speckledhenHer limp has gotten nearly all the way better.
The limp seemed like an injury to me, but did it look anything like mareks to you, with the reddish-colored legs as well?
I measured and the crate she's in is 2.7 square feet. She's an average sized hen.She is a Delaware hen. Her legs look fine to me. You can quarantine her if the cage is large and she can stay in there, not necessarily get out of it. She just needs to stay far away from your birds.
Good to know, I wasn't sure if keeping her in a cage for 23 hours a day was doing more harm than good. I'll probably keep letting her out for an hour a day to scratch and explore, though.I once quarantined a rooster for 5 weeks in a dog cage, took him up on the deck inside a second cage for sunshine and fresh air, far away from my hens. He never got out of the dog cage, likely had decent food and water for the first time in his life. I treated him for lice/mites, a fungal infection of the comb and wattles and worms. He was a good rooster for my original hens and free ranged the rest of his life, but quarantine is necessary for at least a month for safety's sake. Every few poops will be smellier because they are cecal poops. I don't see anything really concerning about those, either.
Today I noticed a faint dark green smudge on the side of her beak. It could just be a stain from eating weeds, but I do see some discharge (looks like dried mud in the corners of her nares).I am happy to announce that her limp is now gone!
Her gut health still a bit questionable, poop smaller than it should be, but I've been putting ACV, aloe, and oregano in her water.
Also her feather follicles look quite large to me, could just be because she is at the end of a molt, as she's missing a few feathers on her head and neck as well.

She appears to stand on the sides of her middle toes too, not sure if this is normal. Maybe something nerve related?
Doing so much better otherwise! She likes calling back to my rooster when she hears him crow!
